Your jewellery is made to be worn and loved every day. Over time, it can lose a little of its original sparkle. Our Kind Refresh service is designed to gently restore your piece, bringing back its shine while caring for every detail.

For €32 per piece, each piece is individually handled in our studio and thoughtfully restored.

What’s included

• A professional, deep clean to remove everyday build-up

• Careful polishing to restore shine and lustre

• Gentle detangling of fine chains

• Minor repairs where possible

Every piece is treated with the same care and attention as when it was first created.

How it works

1. Please fill out the form provided on the right hand side. We will look over your booking and contact you with an invoice.

2. Send your piece to us (shipping to us is covered by you)

3. We carefully clean, polish, and restore it

4. Your jewellery is returned to you beautifully refreshed (return shipping included if based in Ireland)

This service includes minor, delicate repairs only. If your piece requires more extensive work, we’ll always get in touch first with a quote before proceeding.

If you are based outside of Ireland, we will send you a separate return shipping fee estimate. Please note we are not responsible for tariffs or import charges, should they be incurred.

We are not responsible for any lost items in transit from your end or our end. We will send your finished piece via a tracked service so you are responsible for keeping an eye on its journey once it leaves our studio.
