Kind Jewels does not accept returns.

We gladly accept product exchanges, however this is subject to all items being in their original condition. You can exchange the item for any other product in my collection of the same value or for a gift receipt to the same value of item.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving delivery.

Send items back within 21 days of receiving delivery.
